The Plate Up Project is a Melbourne initiative that takes women who have escaped domestic violence situations and are currently homeless, and teaches them cooking as a job skill, to allow them to find employment. As part of the launch of the project, The 8 Percent created this video piece, interviewing women about their personal relationships with food.
